This pack includes a body cryotherapy session (3 min):
Before exercise: can improve sporting performance. Cooling the body can help improve muscular performance and resistance to exertion.
After exercise: it improves recovery. The increase in blood flow allows the body to better eliminate the lactic acid produced during exercise.

Please note: no hair removal 48 hours before the session, no body cream, no access to the spa on the same half-day.
